Gerry Lim is the president of Sterling Global Call Center, Inc., a Filipino owned call center company servicing both local and international market. Sterling Global has more than 1900 employees who serve clients from locations in Philippines. Backed with a 60-year legacy of quality service from our mother company, Sterling Paper Products Enterprise Inc., Sterling Global is a recognized player especially in the fast food delivery and Telco industry.
Mr. Lim was appointed president in September 2003. Prior to that, he forged a 20-plus-year track record of success and business growth in the manufacturing sector-spanning executive positions, including president of Sterling Paper Products Enterprise Inc.; president of StraghtLines International Inc.; president of Central Bookstore Inc.; vice president of SP Properties Inc, and Director of SL Agritech Corporation.
Mr. Lim is committed to job creation, improving management opportunities to develop the workforce of tomorrow, and enhancing the quality of life in the communities in which Sterling Global employees live and work. He is an active member of the Call Center Association of the Philippines, European Chamber of Commerce, and Philippine Stationers Association.
Mr. Lim earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from University of California, in Los Angeles.

Since the inception of the company, our results have been pleasing if not remarkable. Our company is on target for our business plan and has actually far exceeded the plan in many aspects. Our goal has never wavered.
In addition, I would boast of years of dedication, consistent work ethics and stellar customer relationships, which have created the foundation of Sterling Global. We have been awarded our ISO 9001-2008 Certification, it provides assurance of Quality management which in turn provides assurance to our customers. Our ISO certification drives our organization to focus on "Excellence in Business" thus, becoming the springboard for our continuous improvement.
